The first stair to feature the Florentine ferrum pattern for a residence in Kennewick, Washington. The home has 3 different staircases, all with the ferrum system used. Two main curved stairs, one clock-wise and another counter-clockwise, and a third straight service stair. We assembled most of the two staircases in-house and did a check-fit for all the wooden and steel components before sending the balustrade for powder-coating. In addition to the ferrum system, this stair features 4 hand-carved descending volutes; one of our trademark options. Most of the pictures are of the two main curved staircases, but we did manage to get at least two of the straight sections as well.
